Working Hours: 40 per week between Monday to Friday

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits detailed below

 

 

Here at Bisham Abbey our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a full time Conference and Commercial Administrator to join the centre.

Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham Abbey provides excellent facilities to Britain's leading sports men and women. Bisham Abbey is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
 

This is a key role in delivering and administrating key sports accounts and commercial conference and events bookings at one of Sport England's National Sports Centres.  The successful person will programme new and existing sports bookings along with conference and events administration at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre

About you
 

The successful candidate will have experience of administration and data entry in a commercially focused environment. You will have an understanding of the sport/leisure/hospitality industry, have experience in working with people and an awareness of both participation and financial outcomes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and capture and record accurate information.


Lastly, you will have excellent attention to detail, be able to demonstrate communication skills to coordinate multiple events simultaneously and have strong IT and administration skills.
