To support Serco's continuous growth and delivery of world class services, we are currently bidding for a new project in Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Strategic Communications Subject Matter Expert.
This opportunity offers the flexibility of working remotely if you have the right to work/remain in a country where Serco has a legal entity in.
The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.
Key accountabilities
The Strategic Communications SME will be accountable to the Strategy Project Manager and Programme Director for delivery of a series of strategic communications-related, mandated (contracted) deliverables, to the client's satisfaction in terms of time, quality and budget. They, together with the support of the Strategy Project Team, will also be accountable for stakeholder management. Strategic Communications leadership, strategic thinking, and leadership of change. Ability to prepare and formulate strategic and operational communication plans with skill. Ability to analyse data, extract statistics, and display results as well as sense strategic nuance. Preparing strategic and operational communication plans in light of the strategic objectives of the client.
