Serco have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join the team on a hybrid basis to manage our supply chain partners (SCPs).
Within this role you will manage the performance and contractual obligations of our SCPs and other suppliers working closely with the Commercial Lead and other members of the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) Senior Leadership Team to develop and nurture excellent relationships with our SCPs and the MoD.
The role will be responsible for ensuring all SCPs target performance levels are achieved and contractual requirements are delivered, while identifying and delivering continuous improvement through our SCPs and identifying potential subcontractors who have the desire and capability to deliver services for AFRS including SMEs and wider supply chain delivering against the AFRS Social Value commitments, utilising Serco's Expressions of Interest (EOI) portal.
