The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for hiring people who deliver essential public services in defence, transport, justice, immigration, healthcare, and citizen services.
We are currently recruiting for 2x Talent Acquisition Administrators on a fixed term basis for 6 months. The roles will be responsible for processing and completion of PECS vetting security clearances and various other recruitment administration support. Working closely with the current members of the Talent Acquisition for PECs team you'll ensure the timely and efficient processing of security clearance applications to enable successful candidates to gain suitable enhanced security clearance for the PECS Contract. What you'll need to do the role:
Due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who have demonstrable experience working in a administrative role, experience with security & vetting requirements would be high advantageous. You'll be highly organised, detail orientated and comfortable dealing with a variety of tasks in a high volume, fast paced working environment. You'll be speaking with candidates and with other members of the team daily, so you'll need confidence and professionalism as well as excellent communication skills.
We use a variety of online tools and technology, so you'll be happy working with Office 365 applications and other platforms.
