Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator

Location: Flexible working from Home and Office (Solihull)

The Serco Talent Acquisition team are responsible for hiring people who deliver essential public services in Defence, Transport, Justice & Immigration, Healthcare, and Citizen services. 

 

We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment for our Prisoner Escort Custody Services contract.

 

You'll play a vital role in sourcing candidates in a very fast paced, high-volume, high-performance environment.   Your role will include facilitating recruitment events & sourcing applications, screening & interviewing candidates, managing the offer process & collating vetting documentation.    Working collaboratively with the business you will ensure that we are delivery to forecasted requirements for your area. 

 

What you'll need to do the role: 

Key to your success in the role is that you already have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills, you'll be highly organized and efficient, with the ability to multi-task. As self-starter you will be comfortable working independently but be able to flex and work as part of a team. 

 

You'll be speaking will be conducting interviews with candidates and liaising with key stakeholders across the business and as such you'll be a confident individual who maintains a professional approach.  

 

We use a variety of online tools and technology; you'll be comfortable working with Office 365 applications and can easily turn your hand to online systems and tools.
