About You

You have a strong customer focus and a deep understanding of end-to-end marketing strategies to develop and deploy market leading reporting and analytics suites to analyse performance and return on investment. You have experience creating excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the recruitment marketing strategy is in line with an organisations culture and values.

 

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies that positions our organization as a desirable employer to attract top talent. You will lead the Marketing team to provide innovative, proactive and leading-edge marketing campaigns through local, regional or international media to build top of funnel candidate pipeline and to ensure Serco is positioned as an employer of choice. The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager develops Serco's existing recruitment marketing strategies to incorporate a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion and promote Serco as an inclusive employer.

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment marketing strategies to build top of funnel candidate pools
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful recruitment marketing strategies focussed on Diversity and Inclusion
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Glassdoor
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analysing recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies and ROI
  • Experience managing recruitment events and career fairs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
