Overview:
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you'll design and implement world-class solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You'll provide technical consulting, customise solutions, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and design ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and configure solutions, including scripting, testing, and customer demonstrations.
- Mentor junior team members and produce documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in IT Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 5-10 years in IT development.
- 5 years in ServiceNow and consulting external customers.
- Technical Skills:
- 4+ years in ServiceNow design and development, ideally in consulting.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
- Expertise in ServiceNow, including custom applications and platform integration's.
Certifications (preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Implementation Specialist, Application Developer
- ITIL Foundation, additional ServiceNow specialist certifications (e.g., HR, CSM, FSM).
Personal Attributes:

- Strong communication skills in German and English.
