Job Title: Technical Assistant
Location: Aqua Vale Leisure Centre, Aylesbury, HP20 1DX

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + Excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we have an opportunity for you to join our technical team.

The Technical Teams have a shared vision to ensure that the Leisure Centres are maintained to an excellent standard. For that to happen you will be tasked with maintaining the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis. To include building fabric and M&E. You will be responsible for arranging, assisting, and monitoring any contractors required on site. You will be required to undertake any further duties or training as requested by the Technical Manager.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role 
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare Procedures
• Excellent Hands on Skills and ability
• A high work ethic with good personal motivation and interpersonal skills
• Pool plant operator qualification
• Basic IT skills
