Appointment Setter / Client Liaison (Part-Time)

Selsdon, South Croydon (Office Based)

• 11:00am to 2:00pm
• £13.00 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Appointment Setters / Client Liaison Advisors to join our growing business based in Selsdon.

This is an excellent opportunity for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and providing outstanding customer service. Unlike a traditional telesales role, there is no cold calling involved. You will be contacting individuals who have already expressed an interest in our services or made an enquiry regarding wills, lasting powers of attorney, and estate planning.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, explain our services, answer basic questions, and arrange appointments for our consultants.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service, appointment setting, telesales, call centre, or administrative role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Confident speaking with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM databases.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
