Here at Serco, we are looking for a Training Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Emergency Planning College. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the EPC International and Domestic Business and events through the end-to-end sales process, from first customer contact, processing bookings to post-delivery communication, payment, and any ongoing support.
