Salary of £29,120 and £33,260 dependent on experience

 

Serco have a new role as a Training Operations Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for all aspects of the EPC International and Domestic and events through the end to end sales process, from first customer contact, processing bookings to post-delivery communication, payment and any ongoing support.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the day to day customer communication activities for EPC.
  • Support the Training Delivery Manager with customer engagement.
  • To ensure all opportunities are captured onto the EPC systems as appropriate using AccessPlanit and Microsoft Office 365.
  • To support the development of bids, proposals and solutions as part of the Serco business lifecycle. Responsible for the coordination, preparation and scheduling of customers for all face to face, online and e-learning events.
  • Liaison with the Cabinet Office UK Resilience Academy Policy Team as required.
  • Manage the administration of effective service delivery

 

What you'll need to do the role:

  • Proven organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Co-ordination of the delivery of online training using the EPC Microsoft Teams.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads
