Here at Serco, we are looking for a Course Administration Management Training Coordinator to join our team at the Defence Academy. This is a new and unique role in that you will be working independently for the Emergency Planning College (EPC) based in York, YO61 3EG. You will be responsible for all aspects of the EPC International and Domestic Business and events through the end-to-end sales process, from first customer contact, processing bookings to post-delivery communication, payment, and any ongoing support.
This is a hybrid role which allows for home-based working most of the time or based on site at the Defence Academy depending on the successful candidate's preference. There is also the opportunity to travel for meetings and to work on site at the EPC to establish an understanding of the role requirements, meet the team and key stakeholders.
It is a requirement of the role that you will need to achieve SC Clearance and specific contract vetting.

This role will be hybrid with a base at the Defence Academy. The Academy sits within a beautiful and secure site which hosts 2 lakes and is surrounded by acres of scenic woodland. The Academy trains the future commanders and staff officers of all three UK Armed Services and those from many countries around the world. Serco at the Defence Academy provides Facilities Management across all aspects of the site including Estates, Logistics, various Supporting Services, together with Cleaning, Catering and Waste Management through ESS.
