Transport Clerk - Warrington

We are recruiting for a transport admin clerk for an office team in Warrington, in a multi temperature, fast moving and challenging environment. You will be required to provide a full logistics solution support for warehousing and transportation team.

Warrington WA5

Hours:
4 on 4 off 6am - 6pm

Pay Rate:
Standard: £13.27ph
Overtime: £18.58ph

Contract:
Temporary - full-time hours

This is an administrative and operational role that requires colleagues to:

Duties
* Manage their workload effectively each day
* Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers, and customers at all levels
* Resolve customer service issues
* Provide excellent customer service
* Understand and follow working time and driving regulations
* Comply with company policies (e.g., safety, dignity at work, substance misuse)
* Use systems like Microlise and Tachomaster
* Complete additional tasks as needed when required

Requirements:
* Experience with Tachomaster or similar systems is desired but not essential
* Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Knowledge of EU/Working Time Regulations and Tacho management, including manual entries is desired but not essential
* Team-oriented mindset
* Good geographical knowledge an advantage but not essential
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible with working hours
* Focused on delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transport operation
