HMP Dovegate is a category B male establishment prison based on the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border near Uttoxeter Here at Serco we have a vacancy for a Treatment Manager. They key purpose of this role is to facilitate and Treatment Manage accredited interventions, including Thinking Skills Programme (TSP) and Kaizen (General Violence Strand) alongside any new and/or validated programmes introduced at HMP Dovegate in the future.
The successful post holder will be responsible for line management to include, staff development, appraisals, performance management (to include disciplinaries) under the mentorship of the Programmes Manager and ensuring that all Serco MyHR policies, practices and procedures are followed.

Furthermore, they will work with the Programmes Manager to develop the Programmes Department at HMP Dovegate including meeting KPT targets and both clinical and operational audits.
Additionally, they will work with all other relevant departments within HMP Dovegate appropriately and in line with both the needs of the programmes department and other departments such as safer custody, healthcare, mental health etc.
What you will need to do the role:
We are looking for an experienced individual who is trained to deliver specific Offending Behaviour Programmes.
It is vital that the individual has experience of delivering accredited interventions such as TSP / RESOLVE / BBR / Kaizen / Identity Matters.
Furthermore, the successful post holder must be able to demonstrate that have skills such as:
