Treatment Manager - HMP Fosse Way

Salary - Up to £29,766

Permanent (Full-Time, 40 Hrs)

 

Here at Serco, we are looking for a two Treatment Managers to join our new Category C Prison, HMP Fosse Way.

 

The purpose of the role is to uphold the integrity of programme delivery for the Thinking Skills Programme and to contribute to the successful running of programme as part of the Accredited Interventions Management Team. To take responsibility for upholding all audit requirements as outlined in the Interventions Integrity Framework (IIF) issued by NOMS for programme delivery. To contribute to the achievement of HMP Fosse Way contract requirements as specifically outlined within the local business plan, HMIP Expectations and Prison Rating System.

 

Some of the other responsibilities of the Treatment Manager are as follows:

 

  • To maintain an accurate record of all programme documentation as stipulated within the Interventions Integrity Framework (IIF) and ensure programmes staff are adhering to this system of record keeping
  • Responsibility for the overall treatment integrity of the TSP programme by adherence to all criteria specified within the Interventions Integrity Framework (IIF)
  • Contribute to the achievement of criteria specified within the Interventions Integrity Framework for the supervision of additional accredited OBPs delivered on site
  • Responsibility for the recruitment, assessment and selection of offenders for the TSP Programme (including referrals and waiting lists)
  • Responsibility for managing the programme delivery schedule for TSP and liaising with other OBP Treatment Managers to inform this.
  • Responsibility for providing supervision (professional advice and development) including planning sessions and video monitoring feedback for TSP facilitators and when supervising additional OBPs.
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed on time, to an acceptable standard and returned to Interventions Services as set out in the IIF.
  • Identify, plan and contribute to TSP facilitator's continuous development and ensure mandatory and any other relevant training is completed.
  • Responsibility to feedback any performance issues or achievements to facilitators first line manager and attend bi-lateral meetings to inform on this.
  • Overseeing the TSP facilitator team's contribution towards the delivery of the TSP staff awareness training.

 

 

What you will need to do the role

 

Minimum - 5 GCSE's to include Maths and English.

Desirable - Degree in Psychology or related field.
