Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Plymouth, PO2 9PJ and the surrounding area up to 50 miles
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (with on call 1 week in every 4 months)
Salary: £34,000 per year
Are you an organised and motivated supervisor ready to take on an exciting challenge? VIVO is seeking a Void Supervisor to oversee housing maintenance services for the UK Defence Sector. This is your chance to deliver excellence, and play a vital role in maintaining 27,000 homes across the South of England.
About the Role:
As Void Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. Your role includes organising and managing move ins and move outs, organisin repairs for military families living in service family accommodation post move out and pre move in. You'll collaborate with colleagues, oversee subcontractors and stay in contact with the supply chain. You will also be raising purchase orders and works orders and processing them until completion, including manging follow up works as necessary.
This is a mobile role, that will include travelling up to 50 miles per day from the Plymouth office in your provided company van, depending on the patch you are allocated
What you'll need
To excel, you'll ideally need experience in property maintenance or void properties, but this is not essential. You will need to be IT literate, with experience using computers and tablets. You will be self-motivated and independent, and happy lone working. It is essential you will need a full UK drivers license and you must be able to pass SC Clearance.
