Warehouse Cleaner

Blue Arrow are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners to work a large distribution centre based in Dundee.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors.

* Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and staff areas.

* Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.

* Dust and wipe down surfaces, shelving, and equipment.

* Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.

* Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

* Assist with spill clean-ups and minor hazards promptly.

* Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

* Attention to detail and thoroughness.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.

* Good time management and organizational skills.

* Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.

📚 Qualifications & Experience

* Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting).

* Basic understanding of health and safety practices.

* No formal education required, but training in cleaning procedures is an advantage.

⏰ Working Conditions

* Based in warehouse environment (may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures).

* 6am-10pm 5 days over 7 (suitable for students)

* Use of cleaning equipment and protective gear.

The pay rate for this role is £12.37 per hour
