Job Title: Workforce Planner

 

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Solihull or London Offices)

 

Contract Type: Full time

 

Working hours: 37.5

 

Salary: Up to 32k 

 

 

Our UK&E Growth Team play a key role in developing new business opportunities and compelling propositions that translate into high impact public services.
 
We are looking for a Workforce Planning to join the team, where you will support the Head of Workforce Planning with near term resource demand planning and reporting for our UK&E bids.
 
In this newly created role, you will play a key part in making sure we have the right people, in the right role, at the right time to deliver a successful bid outcome.
 
 
As part of this you will:
 

  • Own & maintain the resource planning tool and other demand resources, identifying opportunities to improve process and experience
  • Working with the growth team to manage resource planning needs, and support the bid process with high level solutions
  • Own & develop the MI reporting dashboards, providing accurate data and insights into resource planning and utilisation
  • Support with the onboarding and development of relationships with new contractors & 3rd party partners and monitoring performance
  • Manage and discover contingent workforce supply

 
What you will need to do the role:

 

  • Advanced MS Office Skills, including Project (Project Online), Word, Excel and PowerPoint ·
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  •  Experience of working in a capacity planning, workforce planning, analyst or project-based role 
  •  Experience of working with MS Project Professional (Project Online) or other resource planning tools  
  •  Ability to turn data sets into meaningful reporting
  •  Driving clarity from ambiguity  
  •  Experience of exceptional collaboration, influencing, communication and engagement of a wide range of stakeholders
