About you:

You are a confident, driven and motivated professional with proven experience working in Workforce Management, Payroll, Finance, Bookkeeping and /or Administration. 

You are detail orientated, analytical and process driven with excellent planning and organisation skills. You have strong knowledge of business operations such as: productivity KPIs, service levels, and the relationships between quality, productivity, accountability and time and attendance. You enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team and have the ability to influence and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.

 

About the role:

You will support the Governance and Business Process Team within Enterprise Workforce Solution (EWS), Operational Support Centre (OSC) particularly with payroll file accuracy, identify anomalies and ensure all under and over payments are processed at the end of each fortnights pay run. You will contribute to general process improvements, and special projects and perform ad-hoc payroll investigations. To ensure your success, you will be provided extensive training, coaching and ongoing mentoring.

 

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience working in a payroll and/or finance function with high attention to detail
  • Ideally an understanding of Workforce Management Software Systems
  • Exposure to workforce management methodologies
  • Exposure to internal compliance and audit
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Well-developed technical skills, MS Office products and relevant technologies
  • Ability to conduct audits and investigation as required
