Works Supervisor (Mobile) - Property Maintenance

Works Supervisor Required - Mobile Around North & East Yorkshire - 3 Month Contract

We are currently recruiting for a works supervisor for a 3 month contract in the North or East Yorkshire region. Our client are a construction and property services company, who cover various sites and are looking for temporary assistance from an applicant with either SSSTS or SMSTS certification and relevant experience.

Duties will include travel around sites ranging from areas such as Scarbrough and York up to Middlesbrough and Teesside and supervising works on void properties. You will be expected to do some snagging work as well as supervising on site trades.

Travel can be done either in your own vehicle with petrol expenses covered or in a company vehicle

SMSTS card or SSSTS card is essential for this position.
