About Us
About The Guinness Partnership
The Guinness Partnership is one of the leading providers of affordable housing and care services in England. We build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 customers nationwide. Our vision is to deliver great service, provide great homes, to be a great business and to be a great place to work. Because everything we do is about our residents, our communities and our people, any profit we make is re-invested in new and existing homes and improving services.
Diversity and Inclusion
At the most fundamental level, Diversity and Inclusion is about treating everyone with
respect. It matters to all organisations because it is morally right, it is a legal duty, and it
makes good business sense. But at Guinness, we know it’s about more than that. We
recognise that your individuality brings us different skills and ways of thinking. It inspires and
generates great ideas and helps us find the right solutions. We know that by bringing
together a wide range of perspectives and harnessing diverse insights and talents, we will do
more for our customers and the communities in which we work.
Our Diversity and Inclusion commitment is embedded in every aspect of our business and
the way we do business. Recently we launched ‘everyone’, our Diversity and Inclusion
strategy. This sets out a series of objectives and a five-year plan for achieving them. There
are five core elements to our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy:
- Championing diversity throughout the organisation
- A culture where everyone feels they belong
- An organisation where everyone can succeed
- Attracting diverse talent
- Promoting change in the businesses we work with

Guinness Behaviours
At Guinness, we believe that how we do things is as important as what we do, and our six
Guinness Behaviours sit at the core of our values. They mean we all know what to expect
from each other and we all know how things should be done.
Our six Guinness behaviours are:
- Work together
- Deliver great service
- Take responsibility
- Make things possible
- Are professional and principled
- Do things well
The Guinness Behaviours matter to us because they are at the core of our organisation and
underpin our language and culture. They mean we know we can rely on each other to work
together towards our shared vision.
