Reporting to the Director of Digital, the Chief Technical Officer is pivotal in the design and delivery of IBCA’s strategy and service development.

You will be joining the Strategy and Assurance Directorate, which is responsible for defining the vision, strategy and ambition for government digital and data, including the role of the digital centre.

As COO you will lead on key strategic objectives, acting as the expert who owns and leads the relationships between DWP Digital, Government Digital Service(GDS) and HM Treasury (HMT).?

Reporting to the Director of Digital, the Head of Product is pivotal in the design and delivery of IBCA’s strategy and service development.

The successful candidate will be a confident, collaborative leader experienced in managing complex contracts, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring effective contract management, assurance, and accountability of delivery partners.

As Director, you will act as the CEO of i.AI, responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing delivery, and ensuring the team thrives within government.
