Ex-MilitaryCareers.com is a free to use job board specific to the Ex-Military. We are a social enterprise set up to tackle bridging the gap from the Military to Civvy street.
We have built partnerships with training and other providers, so that Ex-Military Careers can offer holistic support to ex-military personnel. Using this model, we are shifting the focus from the traditional donor v. giver relationship to one of a respectful partnership, empowering service men and women through meaningful employment once they leave the military.
Due to expansion of our jobs board we are looking to hire two new members of staff. Currently shortlisted for social enterprise of the year 2015 & Bronze award holder for the corporate covenant. Ex-MilitaryCareers.com have over 200 employers currently advertising with thousands of jobs available for ex-military personnel.
Account Manager X 2
You should be an enthusiastic self-starter, confident with a can do attitude, highly focused and resilient with excellent communication skills. You will have a passion for social enterprise and ideally have an ex-military background. Candidates with an HR / Personnel, Recruitment, Media Sales, Software Solutions or Business Development background will have a distinct advantage.
This is a New business/Account management position
Your duties will include:
Required to attend networking events. Being able to work unsupervised whilst hitting KPI's, building new business pipeline. Updating CRM system, liaising with partners and our charity Ex-Military Foundation. You would have entrepreneurial spirit, be forward thinking and have the ability to create new material according to demand.
Highly motivated, ambitious with excellent inter-personal skills and commercial awareness with the ability to maintain and develop long -term relationships. Cross sell existing partner services and other Ex-militaryCareers.com solutions. Promote our services on LinkedIn group pages and general social media.
Remunerations £20-£25k per year OTE £60,000 Year 1
