Admin Team Leader
Location: Eurocentral Lanarkshire
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
Rate Pay: £33,000 salary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Allocate workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative processes and procedures
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and regular feedback
- Handle escalated queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all administrative tasks
- Support senior management with reporting, analysis, and operational coordination
- Manage staff rotas, absence, and performance reviews
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role with team leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience managing or supervising an admin team (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience improving processes and driving efficiency within an admin function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
