About the Role:
We are seeking an part time Administrator to join our client based in Billingham. This role involves supporting office operations, managing documentation, and handling logistics tasks such as package processing and customs coordination.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing and data management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Process packages and shipments with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS
- Coordinate customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Track deliveries and resolve any shipping or customs-related issues promptly
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Rate
Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 1pm-5pm daily
- 20hrs per week
Role:
- Immediate start
- 6 month placement
