Due to our client's rapidly expanding business within the clinical logistics sector, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Administrators to join their busy Pharmaceutical Team. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and excellent communication skills are essential.

You'll play a vital role in supporting healthcare services by registering new patients, processing prescriptions, maintaining records, and ensuring information is accurately captured within the company's CRM and database systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new patients and accurately process prescription information.
  • Manage and maintain records within the company's CRM system and internal databases.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Cross-reference and validate information to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct detailed checking of patient and prescription records.
  • Communicate professionally via email with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all orders and personal information are logged correctly and in line with company procedures.
  • Support the wider pharmaceutical operations team with administrative tasks as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy administrative environment and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written communication skills, with confidence in professional email correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous administration, data entry, or customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems or other database management software.
  • Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, or compliance-focused environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
