School Cleaners - Bournemouth

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Cleaners to work at a school site in Bournemouth on ongoing, long-term assignments.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our facilities team in September. Applicants must hold a valid DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or be registered with the DBS Update Service.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Friday - 1:00pm to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general cleaning duties across the school site
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and dusting classrooms and communal areas
Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Ensuring assigned areas remain clean, organised and presentable

What We're Looking For:

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Valid DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months, or registered on the DBS Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Due to the nature of the role candidates must have lived continuously for the last 5 years in the UK to satisfy the client's pre-employment screening and safeguarding checks.
