Warehouse Operative (Agency)

Location: Aylesbury

Job Purpose

To support warehouse operations by handling goods efficiently and safely, with a strong focus on loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Move stock around the warehouse using manual handling or equipment where required.
• Assist with goods in and goods out processes.
• Ensure items are stored correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Carry out basic checks on deliveries and report any issues.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong manual handling ability.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
