Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team. This is a physically demanding role suited to individuals who are motivated, energetic, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods and materials.
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse and yard.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
• Assisting with deliveries and collections as required.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Supporting general warehouse operations and team activities.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable (Not Essential)

• In-house or accredited forklift licence.
• Van driving experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work hard are the most important qualities for this role.
