Blue Arrow High Wycombe is recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our agency and support a selection of excellent warehouse and logistics companies across Buckinghamshire.

We work with a range of distribution centres, fulfilment hubs, and manufacturing warehouses that offer flexible hours, regular ongoing shifts, and opportunities to go permanent.

Role Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Operating handheld scanners (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all site health & safety processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Physically able to lift and move stock
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
