🔧 Assembly Operative - Build, Bond, Create!

⏰ Shifts: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

📍 Location: Raynesway, Derby

Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour- 37.5 hours per week paid (you will get a 30 minute unpaid break per day, and a 15 minute morning break paid per day)

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and become part of a growing manufacturing team? We're currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a busy production environment based in Raynesway, Derby.

No previous experience? No problem! Full training will be provided for the right candidates. If you're practical, have a good eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, or have hobbies such as building Lego, model making, crafting, or DIY, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

📋 What You'll Be Doing:

* Working on a production line assembling high-quality products 🔧

* Applying adhesive glue as part of the assembly process

* Building and finishing products to a high standard ✅

* Following work instructions and production procedures carefully

* Conducting quality checks on finished products 👀

* Working as part of a team to meet production targets

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

🎯 What We're Looking For:

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Good attention to detail 👀

* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

* Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work 🔧

* Reliability and a strong work ethic 💪

* Previous production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
