We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Factory Operatives and Machine Operators to join an established and growing manufacturing company based in Belper, Derbyshire.

Whether you already have experience within manufacturing or are looking to start a new career in production, full training will be provided.

Immediate starts are available with inductions held every Tuesday and Thursday.

Pay Rates

Day Shift

Starting rate: £14.05 per hour
Progressing to: £17.75 per hour

Afternoon Shift

Starting rate: £16.02 per hour
Progressing to: £19.72 per hour

Night Shift

Starting rate: £17.05 per hour
Progressing to: £20.75 per hour

Shift Patterns

Days

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30

Friday: 06:00 - 12:00

Afternoons

Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00

Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

Nights

Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00

Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities

As an Assembly or Production Operative, your duties may include:

Assembling products and components to required specifications
Following work instructions and production processes
Carrying out quality inspections and visual checks
Operating manufacturing equipment safely
Using hand tools where required
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Meeting production targets and quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Working effectively as part of a busy production team

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not essential.
