💷 Pay Rates & Progression

Day Shift: £13.45/hour → Up to £16.99/hour

Afternoon Shift: £15.34/hour → Up to £18.87/hour

🕘 Shift Patterns

Day Shift:

* Mon-Thurs: 06:00-14:30

* Fri: 06:00-12:00

Afternoon Shift:

* Mon-Thurs: 14:30-23:00

* Fri: 12:00-18:00

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

* Assemble components using guided computer screens

* Perform safety & quality checks

* Operate hand/power tools & machinery

* Maintain a clean, organised work area

* Collaborate to meet production targets

* Follow health & safety procedures
