To deliver these services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for an Assistant Hospitality and Events Manager to join our team.
Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham Abbey provides excellent facilities to Britain's leading sports men and women. Bisham Abbey is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting all hospitality operations throughout the Bisham Abbey site. You will oversee all areas ensuring a high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction. This is a fully operational role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the event business.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will have had previous experience in organising weddings and / or events and have food and beverage management experience. You'll have your finger on the pulse with the latest trends in the marketplace working closely with the team to ensure we deliver the best food, drink and entertainment in the region.
You must have your food hygiene level 3 award in food safety and your own personal alcohol license.
You'll have strong organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You'll have a keen eye for detail, the desire to make magic happen and have a passion for providing a great service to our customers.
Lastly, you will possess working knowledge of various computer software programmes (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
