Blue Arrow are recruiting for Food Production / Bakery Operatives in Newton Heath M40.
As a Bakery Operative you will ensure the efficient running of production and packing to meet product specifications and quality, responding to problems with machines and product and completing all relevant paperwork whilst maintaining high safety standards.
You must have a positive attitude, good communication and numeracy skills, be flexible and able to work as part of a team and have an awareness of food safety.
Recent experience of working in a modern production or manufacturing environment is essential, and bakery or food production experience is desirable.
Working on a 4 on 4 off shift system that consists of 4 days and 4 nights on a rotational basis - all shifts are 06:30 - 18:30 or 18:30 - 06:00
The rate for the first 12 weeks is £12.75 per hour
After 12 weeks the rates are as follows:
Week Days - £13.13
Week Nights - £15.78
Saturday Days - £14.98
Saturday Nights - £17.04
Sunday Days - £14.98
Sunday Nights - £17.04
