Location: Aylesbury

Contract Type: Ongoing temporary role (working 5 days across 7)

Hours: Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Overview

Blue Arrow is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to support a long‑standing client based in Aylesbury.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, values a stable routine, and wants to join a friendly, organised warehouse team. Immediate starts available.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries and checking stock into the warehouse system
• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Assisting with outbound goods and preparing shipments
• Loading and unloading vehicles when required
• Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe working area
• Following site processes, H&S procedures, and work instructions
• Ensuring outbound materials and orders are handled correctly and efficiently
