Blue Arrow Bristol Are Recruiting Class 2 Drivers

Blue Arrow Bristol are recruiting HGV 2 / Class 2 drivers to work for a client based in Avonmouth near Bristol (BS11). The roles are working Monday to Friday, no weekends and no bank holidays. The start times will be between 4-6am am and you will be completing around 50 hours per week. All roles are ongoing full-time leading to permanent employment after 12 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLIENT IS HAPPY TO ACCEPT NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS - ALL THE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

The pay rate for the role is £17.39 per hour.

All drivers will need to pass a driving assessment before work commences.

As a Class 2 multi-drop driver, your duties will include:

Completing up to 5 deliveries daily
Using different equipment to off load the goods - all the training will be provided
Completing relevant paperwork
Using PODs
Providing excellent customer service

Candidate requirements:

Category C driving licence, up to date CPC and Digi Tacho cards
No more than 6 points on your driving licence and only for minor offences (we cannot accept DD, DR or IN codes)
Good geographical knowledge of South West
Reliability and trustworthiness
Good customer service skills
Good level of spoken English
Own transport to get to the site
