The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage and support a small team
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales and order processing
• Coordinate installations and operational activities
• Monitor stock and deliveries
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Drive branch performance and growth
• Lead by example in a hands-on environment

We're Looking For

✔️ Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience

✔️ Strong customer service skills

✔️ Excellent organisational and communication abilities

✔️ Sales-focused and commercially aware

✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems

✔️ Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
