Branch Manger

Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We're seeking a Branch Manager to take the reins of our Warrington branch, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage daily branch operations in line with company policies and procedures.

Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve a minimum of 95% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
Customer Engagement:
Answer 95% of incoming calls on the first attempt.
Return 80% of missed calls within one hour.
Resolve 100% of missed calls by the end of the day.
Complaint Resolution: Respond to all customer complaints within 48 hours.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Safety Culture: Champion a 'safety first' mindset and ensure timely completion of branch audits.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive sales.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, taking ownership of order and delivery issues.
