Business Developer

Business Developer - London - Perm full time 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday = 35k basic plus bonus OTE 70k


We are looking to expand our dynamic sales team by hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for outbound sales efforts, developing leads, and building long-term client relationships.


  • Proven experience in new business development or sales
  • Confident and professional in face-to-face client meetings
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Target-driven and results-focused
  • Skilled in consultative sales approaches
  • Making cold calls to prospective business clients
  • Developing new business relationships
  • Growing the customer base through effective sales strategies
  • Arranging and attending face-to-face meetings
  • Conducting sales calls over the phone
  • Identifying and developing new sales leads
  • Negotiating prices and supporting tender submissions
  • This is a proactive role suited to someone with the ambition to make a significant impact on the business.
