What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and contract award
• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial solutions
• Collaborate with operational, technical, and leadership teams to develop customer-focused offerings
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings
• Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and business growth targets
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business strategy
• Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Skills & Experience

We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:

• Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Commercial Manager experience
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets
• Consultative and solution-based sales approach
• Strategic account management and relationship-building skills
• Experience selling products, services, or solutions within B2B environments
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and financial understanding
• Pipeline management and CRM experience
