Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Working Arrangement: Office Based

As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience. • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
