This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional-especially with a background in vehicle leasing, automotive sales, insurance, or call centre's focus purely on closing deals.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business and personal customers
• Handle all inbound enquiries
• Present tailored vehicle leasing options
• Close deals over the phone and process paperwork
• Achieve KPIs and earn uncapped commission

Earning Potential:

• Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000
• Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
• Year 3 OTE: £100,000+

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in car sales, automotive sales, or insurance sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and motivated by success
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
