📍 Location: Grantham & Lincolnshire Area (Own transport required)
💰 Pay: Competitive
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week, mostly Monday to Friday with occasional evening/weekend flexibility
🗓️ Contract Type: Long Term

Are you hands-on, reliable, and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained? We're looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join a growing team that supports housing across the region.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out regular property checks and reporting any repairs or safety concerns

• Supporting new tenants with move-ins and basic inductions

• Cleaning and preparing rooms between occupants

• Coordinating with contractors and providing access when needed

• Handling basic maintenance tasks - painting, sealing, minor plumbing or electrical fixes

• Monitoring communal areas via CCTV and reporting any issues

• Responding to tenant queries and concerns professionally

• Keeping accurate records and managing your daily schedule

👤 Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in caretaking, property maintenance, or similar hands-on roles

• Comfortable using mobile forms and basic tech for reporting

• Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed

• Able to travel between sites and manage a varied workload

✅ Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Basic computer skills (email, reports, dashboards)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
