Caretaker with DBS

We are looking for a candidate who is resilient, flexible and meets the following criteria:

● Experience in a caretaking, maintenance, facilities or similar practical role is desirable.

● A reliable, proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and positive manner.

● Maintaining high standards and taking pride in your work.

● A full UK driving licence is desirable.

● A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

● Ensure the site is safe, secure, clean and well-maintained at all times.

● Undertake general caretaking, maintenance and site security duties.

● Support the day-to-day operational needs of the school, including setting up facilities for school activities and events.

● Carry out routine health and safety checks and report any issues promptly.

● Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other service providers as required.

● Provide support to colleagues and assist with additional duties as directed by the Site Manager or Head
