🕕Friday - Sunday 05:45-18:00 - £14.13 per hour

Looking for a hands‑on role where precision really matters? We're searching for meticulous Ceramic Core Finishers to support a friendly, fast‑paced Ripley-based team.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

* Trimming, shaping and filing delicate ceramic cores to exact finishing specifications

* Carrying out careful quality checks, identifying imperfections or structural issues

* Working with small, intricate parts requiring strong hand-eye coordination

* Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistent precision throughout each task

* Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe

* Supporting the wider production process with any additional finishing or inspection tasks

👤 About You:

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good hand dexterity and confidence handling delicate materials

* Reliable with strong timekeeping and a proactive, flexible approach

* Positive attitude and able to work well with others

* Previous experience in finishing, production, assembly or similar roles is preferred but not essential
