Civils / Cabling Supervisor (Telecoms)

We are seeking an experienced Civils / Cabling Supervisor with proven experience working across multiple telecoms operators. The role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of civils and cabling works, while supporting commercial control through accurate planning, reporting of variations, and cost-conscious site delivery.

This is a national, site-based role requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a proactive, safety-first approach.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience supervising telecoms civils and cabling works

• Experience working across multiple telecoms operators

• Strong understanding of:

  • NRSWA and Street Works

  • Traffic Management requirements

  • BT Openreach PIA

• Experience using Street Manager

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience working for Tier 1 telecoms contractors

• Knowledge of live network environments

• Experience managing multiple work fronts

Qualifications & Certifications

Essential

• NRSWA (Supervisor)

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• CSCS (Gold or Black)

• First Aid at Work

• Full UK Driving Licence

• SA001 / SA002 (Openreach)

Desirable

• CAT & Genny

• Confined Spaces

• Asbestos Awareness

• IPAF / PASMA
