HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers
Location: Chelmsford Depot

Our Chelmsford depot is currently seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to join the team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing opportunity with regular Monday to Friday shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Completing collections and deliveries efficiently and safely.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of parcels at both depot and customer sites.
- Carrying out manual handling duties as part of daily operations.
- Using company-issued devices and software to update delivery statuses and maintain communication with the depot.
- Ensuring compliance with all road transport and driver regulations.
Shift Information
- Monday to Friday
- Start Time: 08:00 AM
- Ongoing work available
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle category.
- Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Hold a valid Driver Digital Tachograph Card and use it at all times when driving, both onsite and offsite.
- Have a minimum of 6 months' experience driving the relevant vehicle class.
- Drivers who have held their licence for between 6 and 12 months will be required to complete a driving assessment.
- Be physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling duties.
- Have a professional and customer-focused attitude.
