* Nights: £16.30/hour
* Saturday: £20.70/hour
* Sunday & Bank Holidays: £24.43/hour
* Peak Bonus: Up to £2.50/hour extra (Aug-Dec 2025)

Earn up to £2.50/hour extra:
* £1.00/hour - Weekly Hourly Bonus
* £0.50/hour - Monthly Service Bonus (on-time performance & compliance)
* £1.00/hour - Attendance Bonus (paid in Jan 2026)

🕓 Working Hours
* Days: 02:00 - 10:00
* PM: 13:00 - 17:00
* Nights: 18:00 - 23:00
* Minimum 10-hour shifts
* Part-time options available
