Class 1 HGV Drivers (PM & Night Shifts)

Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver looking for regular, ongoing trunking work with excellent rates of pay and no handball?

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Class 1 PM & Night Drivers for a leading operation based in Burton-on-Trent (DE14 1PX). We have immediate starts available for successful candidates and offer long-term, pre-booked work with consistent shift patterns.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing trunking deliveries between distribution centres, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Class 1 trunking work
• PM and night shifts available
• Driving modern, well-maintained vehicles
• No handball involved
• Clean and straightforward deliveries
• Long-term, ongoing assignments

Shift Patterns

Choose from:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Monday to Friday

Optional Saturday overtime may also be available for drivers seeking additional hours.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Monday to Friday: £18.68 per hour
• Saturday & Sunday: £23.55 per hour

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• A professional and reliable approach to work
